The Company:

Our client, a market leading and driven organisation are looking to expand their team based in the Leicester. They are looking for passionate Contact Centre to join their growing dynamic Operations team- specifically to look after the new starters Academy.

The Opportunity:

As a Contact centre Leader you would be responsible for leading and developing the contact centre and its colleagues to deliver excellent customer service to the business' customers. In order to excel in this role, you will need to be able to: - Grow people and grow performance-maximize the performance of the contact centre against individual, site and business objectives through effective performance management and engagement. - Make the difference for colleagues & customers- implement strategies within the contact centre that support delivery of excellent service to customers and keeping us ahead of the competition. - Know the business and the industry-have leadership experience within a contact centre environment. - Deliver the essentials in a balanced way- ensure service delivery in the contact centre meets the needs of our customers.

About you - Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

- Strong leadership skills
- You should be IT literate with good technology skills and excellent keyboard skills.
- You will have good decision making skills and great problem solving skills, with the ability to deal with people.
- Previous Contact Centre Manager experience
- You should be customer focused and portray fantastic customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent telephone manner is an essential.
