The role will enable you to gain a true insight in to what it is like working within a school in order for you to make an informed decision as to whether teaching is the right career choice for you. What are the school looking for?

The school are looking for a recent graduate of a science degree, ideally a chemistry degree but others will be considered, at a 2.1 level of above. You must be a good communicator and able to build effective relationships quickly with students, teachers, colleagues and parents/carers. Strong subject knowledge is needed to assist the teachers in planning effective and inspiring lessons.
