A Temporary to Permanent Administration Clerk position has arisen at a professional company based in Foston looking for someone to start as soon as possible It's a three shift basis 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00, Days and Nights I am looking for someone who is flexible and looking for a new challenge Tasks and Responsibilities " Plan the daily work load and ensure that time and attendance matters are managed " Building positive customer relationships and responding constructively to customer requests and internal departments " Ensure that HM customers and excise requirements are adhered to at all times " Maintain controls for returned and damaged stock " Day to day administration for the site to include all areas " Administration of the payroll the ensure accurate and timely pay to employees " First point of call for all telephone enquiries " Ensuring compliance with both legal and internal processes " Maintaining accurate records " Communication with the supplying RDC and outlaying transit points Skills Required " SAP experience (if not training will be given) " Intermediate PC skills excel, word, outlook " Flexible approach to working hours including weekends when required " Excellent organisational skills " Administration experience " Excellent customer service focus " Great team work " Ability to deliver to tight deadlines in an organised and informed manner " Drive, determination and a track record in delivering continuous improvement " Financial awareness " Promoting two way open and honest communication If you feel this is the role for you please apply with immediate effect Please apply online or email your CV to or call Ella Dancer on 01283 512225 This job was originally posted as
