PA & Communications Administrator

Salary: £23,000pa pro-rata
Job type: Part time, Permanent
20-25 hours per week, negotiable – across a minimum of 4 days/week

Established as a Social Enterprise in September 2010, Inclusion Healthcare operates from three sites within Leicester City Centre providers of Primary Healthcare to the Homeless, Refugees, Asylum Seekers and other vulnerable groups.

We are looking to recruit a PA & Communication Administrator to join our Business Team at our Charles Berry House site.

The role:

  • Work closely with the CEO supporting her with all administrative needs and diary management.
  • Organising meetings, including all pre-meeting arrangements and document preparation.
  • Organising events such as annual AGM
  • Sourcing content and drafting the annual report
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Travel planning
  • Preparation of press releases as and when required
  • Liaising with external stakeholders and key partner agencies professionally
  • Project management.
  • Minute taking
  • Researching and writing submissions for awards where this would add value to the service.
  • Oversee the management of the Inclusion Healthcare website, Twitter and Facebook page.
  • Ensuring confidentiality at all times

Skills and Experience:

  • Professional with the ability to maintain complete confidentiality.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook. Plus Prezi, Visio capability
  • Excellent time management skills with the competence to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Confidence in liaising with senior management team, external agencies and working on own initiative.
  • Good relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to role to ensure delivery of work.
  • Team player who upholds the company values.
