Quality Administrator Leicester Salary: £20,000 per annum Hours: 35 per week When asra Housing Group and Paragon Community Housing joined together in April 2017 to form PA Housing we knew immediately it was a great match, sharing many of the same ideas, values and principles. We currently have an opportunity for a Quality Administrator to join our dedicated Customer Services team and we really want to hear from you if; You are an excellent communicator (both written and verbal), with a passion for customer services; You have experience of working in a coaching environment and delivering coaching; You possess strong attention to detail skills; You are driven to understand customer needs in order to provide an excellent service. This is a great opportunity for a self motivated individual to work as an integral part of the Customer Service team. The Quality Administrator will be required to review customer interactions using a variety of sources in order to determine and improve quality. This is a challenging role which requires excellent organisation skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. Customer focused and motivated, you will be proactive in your approach to improving performance to meet customer needs and expectations. Assisting in driving continuous improvement through consistent training, coaching and motivational techniques, you will be expected to provide written and verbal feedback and perform side by side call monitoring as part of your main duties. Using developed plans and strategies, your role will be to support and promote increased knowledge and advanced performance. This role will involve designing new starter training and you will have the ability to multi-task effectively to meet team needs and deadlines. You will need to be passionate about customer services and be able to maintain effective relationships in order to contribute to the success of the team.
