Up to GBP19,000 + Benefits

My client is a well-respected, progressive and dynamic business in Leicester who, due to company growth, they are recruiting for a project coordinator within their city centre office. They are looking for a candidate with proven project coordination experience to join them and this role will be an integral part of the project team, assisting in delivering projects of varying size and complexity.

Main responsibilities:

- Produce and maintain project documentation including the drafting and issuing of reports, tenders, budgets and schedules.
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to internal staff, contractors, consultants and suppliers
- Act as a central point of contact for projects in the absence of manager
- Attend meetings and take notes, ensuring they're circulated to relevant people]
- Ensure project managers, technical director and others are informed about the project status and identify issues that may impact client relations.

You will need to be IT literate, especially using MS Office including Access and Project. Ideally you will have the following:

A proven background in administration

Good communication skills

Able to work on pressure

Able to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Attention to details and accuracy.
