We are one of the largest Further Education Colleges in the UK with more than 22,000 learners studying with us on a wide range of courses. Our mission is to equip people with the skills they need to be successful in education, in work and business and in their personal lives.
The successful applicant will need to be an experienced administrator with excellent administration and organisational skills, with the ability to work on their own initiative.
You will have good communication and organisational skills within an administrative background and a commitment to relevant customer service. You will have the ability to work accurately and at times under pressure and be able to meet tight deadlines.
Applicants need to have GCSE Grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent), relevant IT qualifications and have experience of using Microsoft packages. You will be required to work flexibly and on occasions at different locations.
The successful candidate must be able to work: Mondays to Fridays
The post is based at Freemen’s Park Campus although there may be times when you will be required to work from different locations.
