If you have answered yes to the above questions than this may be the role for you Business Development Executive - The Company Our client is very well known within their industry and offer excellent training and career progression. They are based in Leicester and are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Executive. Business Development Executive - The Opportunity: You will understand and work towards achieving the sales strategy, achieving the agreed sales targets and KPI's through the generation of appointments, selling to incoming enquiries, cross referring etc. You will also promote the Company at all times, both in and outside of the office, operating at all times to maximise the long term profitability of the company, in particular to ensure that any appointments made for external BDM's are appropriate and well qualified. Business Development Executive - About you: - You will be responsible for generation of appointments and new business for the HR, HS and Training income streams; - Working with the Advice Line consultants in order to achieve the agreed sales targets through a structured working agreement; - You will develop and maintain a productive working relationship with both the Operational Delivery Team and wider Sales Team in order to ensure that the client experience is maximised at all times; - Ensuring that sales documentation and fulfilment processes are completed in line with regulatory requirements; - To complete any other duties that may be required in order to meet the needs of the business.
