The key purpose of the role is to maximise revenue through review of existing licences, identifying additional music usage where appropriate, whilst providing excellent customer service to licensees. Key accountabilities Your main responsibilities will be to contact customers due for review through a variety of methods in order to update customer details, premise details and music usage. You will encourage efficient payment methods during customer contact and perform variance analysis on license charges from this year to the next to forecast new charges are within tolerable variances. You will raise invoices based on provided music usage ensuring correct tariff information is applied, as required. You will deliver a positive customer experience and proactively contribute to the department’s service standards and customer satisfaction results, ensuring call quality targets are consistently achieved and exceeded. The role will require you to educate and advise customers, positively reinforcing benefits of music to their business, while ensuring that they understand and are adhering to the contractual licensing terms and conditions. Working co-operatively and supportively in a team is key to ensure the customer experience is positive. Within this role as well as delivering a positive customer experience there will also be chances to cross sell and upsell. Person The successful candidate will be passionate individual by nature who will be enthusiastic and highly motivated to join our fun, open plan and vibrant contact centre in the heart of Leicester. We are looking for someone who shares our values and vision and aim to collaborate with others to provide a straightforward approach to business and give our customers a great service and experience Skills & Experience The successful candidate will have qualifications of 5 GCSE’s at pass grades and have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a multi-disciplined environment. You will have experience of a customer facing environment providing a service through a variety of contact solutions. You will be competent in the use of Microsoft Office Software packages. Experience within a call centre is desired.
