Team leader required to join a leading and recognised provider of care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs.

You will become a integral part of a national company and will be based within one of their modern, supported living services in the Wolverhampton area.

This service can be easily accessed from Walsall, Wolverhampton and surrounding areas.

Working within the management team, you will be responsible for shift leading, task delegation, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up to date and that person centred care and support is always a priority.

Personal care, administering medication and working a various shift pattern, to include weekends and evenings on a rota basis is essential to this job role.

A motivated, professional and organised individual, you will be committed to making a difference to the lives of the people you support and inspiring your team to promote and maintain a homely, welcoming and safe environment.

A true passion for the care sector and excellent shift leading skills are also essential for this role.

Qualified to level 3 in health and social care, you will be able to display a proven background within the learning disabilities sector and where possible, have some experience of supporting adults with complex care needs.

Due to the nature of team leader role, you will need to be flexible to work a varied shift pattern on a rota basis and share the on call rota.
