I am actively recruiting a compliance officer to join a busy domiciliary care service on the Solihull/Warwickshire borders.
Based within a busy office, you will work closely with the management team, field care supervisors and recruitment professionals to ensure a competent, professional and fully compliant service.
You will be responsible for overseeing the field care supervisors and the internal recruiter, ensuring that all paperwork is up to date and accurate, all eligibility checks are in place and all applicants have fully enhanced, up to date DBS checks. You will be involved with auditing, spot checks, MAR charts and maintaining current care plans.
Risk assessments, staff supervisions and complaint management will all form part of the compliance officer role.
You will deliver a high quality service in line with CQC and company policies and procedures and will ensure all care staff are up to date with relevant training.
This is an excellent opportunity for a competent, professional and organised individual, who has great attention to detail and a solid background within the care sector, specifically home care.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will be able to demonstrate a significant background in the home care sector as either a coordinator, compliance officer or assessor and be suitably qualified to QCF level 3 in health and social care. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is also essential for the compliance officer job role.
